FG Declares Tomorrow Public Holiday To Mark Eid-el-Maulud

The federal government has declared Friday, December 1, 2017 as public holiday to mark Eid el Maulud.
The announcement was made by the minister of Interior, in a statement issued yesterday in Abuja but signed by Abubakar Magaji.
According to the statement, the minister, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, who made the declaration on behalf of the federal government, urged all Muslim faithful and Nigerians to use the Eid-el-Maulud celebration to pray for peace, progress and unity of the nation.‎
He further urged all Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration towards building the nation.
